  2. Navigate to the Page Settings: Click on the page where you want to add the custom HTML. You can do this from the Pages panel.

  3. Add a Code Embed Element: Drag the Embed element from the Add panel (the plus icon) onto your page where you want the custom HTML to appear.

  4. Insert Your Custom HTML: Click on the Embed element you just added. A dialog box will appear where you can paste your custom HTML code.

  5. Save Your Changes: After pasting your code, click the Save & Close button to apply the changes.

  6. Publish Your Site: Once you have added the custom HTML, make sure to publish your site to see the changes live.

Additional Options

  • Site-wide Custom Code: If you want to add custom HTML that applies to the entire site, go to Project Settings > Custom Code. Here, you can add code in the Head or Before Body Tag sections.
  • Custom Code in CMS: For adding custom HTML to CMS items, navigate to the CMS Collection, select the item, and use the Rich Text field to add custom code using the Embed option.

Important Notes

  • Ensure that your custom HTML does not conflict with Webflow's built-in functionalities.
  • Webflow does not support server-side languages (like PHP) in custom code.
  • Always test your custom code to ensure it works as expected before publishing.
