Add Custom HTML Documentation

To add custom HTML to your Webflow site, follow these steps:

Using the Code Embed Element:

  1. Copy the code you want to embed.
  2. Open the Add panel and add a Code Embed element to your canvas.
  3. Paste the code into the Code Embed element.
  4. Save and close the modal.

Adding Custom Code in Site Settings:

  1. Go to Site settings > Custom code tab.
  2. Add your custom HTML in the Head code or Footer code sections.
  3. Click Save changes.

Important Notes:

  • Do not include <html>, <body>, or <head> tags in your custom code.
  • Custom code can conflict with Webflow’s functionality; ensure it is properly formatted.
  • The character limit for custom code is 50,000 characters per section.
